Health Screening and Assessment

The health screening is a great assessment tool to determine your current health status. It’s quick and easy and takes less than 15 minutes to complete. The Cholesterol and Diabetes screening is conducted via a fingerstick. Results will be given to you on-site by a health professional who will discuss your results with you. 

The Health Screening includes the following tests: 

  • Total Cholesterol
  • HDL
  • Total Cholesterol / HDL Ratio
  • Glucose (Diabetes)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Measured Waist, Height & Weight
  • BMI & % of body fat
  • Counseling on Results
